Barry Cheeseman has presented his photography skills in two publications to date with a third and fourth publication in development stage.
The first publication was in conjunction with and co-authored by Ailsa Rolley.
The book, ‘They Gallop at Dawn’ received a grant of $10,000 from the Queensland Government 150 years Celebration Fund to assist in its publication.
The second book was self published and contains a collection of portrait photos captured of Vietnamese people during Barry’s many photographic tours of the country.
His next two publications to be released are also of Vietnam, but are of the people, their lifestyle and culture together with the landscape of areas in the far northern mountain regions of Vietnam as well as an area in Central Vietnam.
Vu Hong Nam, prior Consul General of Vietnam to Australia has written the ‘Foreword’ to Barry’s book on the northern regions of Vietnam.
